From 30 minutes per shipping notice to none
An automotive supplier molding plastic components for Tier 1 and OEM programs
Every customer shipping notice was built and sent by hand — about 30 minutes each, across 20 to 30 truck loads a week. We built a barcode-driven system that validates every carton and pallet against the sales order the moment it's scanned, generates the packing slip, and sends the EDI shipping notice automatically when the load ships. Twenty-two customers now receive EDI through it, with inbound planning schedules handled the same way. Chargebacks have gone from a recurring cost to a rare exception.

From 2–3 hours a day of manual lead handling to one decision per lead
A subscription education business
Leads arrived from several sources and were reviewed, scheduled, and invited by hand — 25 to 30 a day, frequently handled twice and sometimes three times. We built a system that ingests leads automatically, places approved ones into the next available session, and sends invitations by email and SMS without staff involvement. The operator's job is now a single approve-or-reject call.
